Meditation Overview

 

We teach Gentle meditations based on Daoist and Buddhist breathing exercises as well as ‘focus’ techniques such as ‘sound meditation’.

Experience inner peace and contentment just by controlling the mind, without having to depend at all upon external conditions.

By helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation, meditation can greatly benefit health. Meditation can also help relieve stress- or anxiety-related disorders such as insomnia, headaches, depression, poor concentration and high blood pressure
