Tai Chi Long Form
Long Form:
The Long Form consists of 108 movements and is in the tradition of Yang Chen
Fu (of the Yang family). The study of the Long Form delves deeper into the
Principles of Tai Chi and incorporates Yang Chen Fu’s 10 Essential points.
The Long Form is divided (for learning purposes only)
into 3 parts and each part is studied over a 10 week period (I hour per
week). Course Duration: 30 hours (minimum)
